Dcrease the volume sound up 0% 
Goto your android KitKat dial pad and dial *#*#3646633#*#* it will get you to this window called engineering  notice the [telephony]tab
Slide your device from telephony tab to hardware testing after select where they have written Audio after selecting audio you will see different kind of options eg head phone you can choose headphones to increase your sound on your headphines or  you can choose speaker mode to increase the soud on the speakes✌


After selection your choice  you will get an option like this all you need is increase or drecrease the etc from 112 to 200 and from148 to154 and increase your level from 0 up to level 14
