After you have downloaded your open VPN cornfig you will get it in far form extract the file after extracting you will get a folder which has a similar name to your far file e.g India.rar changed into India.TCP.com

Open the folder you have extracted and you will get 2 different file choose the one of your choice and dont forget to notice the port of the file you have choose I will prefer to choose the first one of the port 443

Open the file wich you have choose select the first part of.it and erase it after all you need it to copy the text below and paste it where you have erazed the first 1

Notice something check where the text says  http-proxy-option Ext1""host:139.59.14.174:443 it is the IP which you got when you were creating your TCP VPN account. You can scroll up to check it and  the port 443 it is the port of the file which I chosen on my rar file if I had chosen the file of port 1194 I was going to input 1194 instead of 443.,..http-proxy-option EXT1 Host:wap.mtn.co.za look at this text it is where you put your free host for e.g free.Facebook.com mymtnza.co.za .0.free basics and many more http-proxy 196.11.240.251 8080 this is the place where you input your proxy sever which you can get from Clickhere for proxy but you dont just input any proxy you have to input a right 1 you can check for working proxy sever using host checker from either on xp psiphone or http injector

After you have done all the things you should be successful and your file should look like this save text if your open VPN file receives small bites and the is no connection recheck your things

Import your cornfig and input the pass and the user name and connect
